Clinic St. Katharinental, part of Spital Thurgau, set out to prove a simple idea: when healthcare professionals feel supported, patients recover better. Led by Dr Stefan Goetz, the team launched a continuous feedback model to build stronger leadership, reduce burnout, and improve patient care.
Partnering with Screver, the clinic built an always-on listening rhythm. Instead of yearly surveys, leaders collected live feedback, turned results into clear actions, and kept communication open across all 331 employees.

Employee turnover was rising. The pattern was clear, when people felt unheard, energy and quality slipped. The clinic needed a live feedback system that could detect early signals, track sentiment by team, and guide action before frustration turned into resignation.
