Reha Rheinfelden and Reha City Basel share one mission, improving every patient’s recovery through genuine listening and continuous improvement. Together, their 680-person team supports thousands of patients yearly, turning care into a dialogue that builds trust and progress.

To close the loop between care and experience, the centres partnered with Screver, implementing a real-time feedback model across both locations. The program enabled daily listening, visible dashboards, and quick data-driven improvements in patient care.
Eye-catching posters were displayed prominently within both centres to inform patients about the opportunity to provide feedback. These posters served as information points and invitations for patients to contribute by scanning the QR code and completing the survey.

Patient feedback often arrived too late, months after discharge, when the experience had faded. Valuable details were lost, and teams lacked a way to adjust care while patients were still in treatment. Both centres needed live feedback they could act on instantly.
